PHYSIQUE IN SHAPE
Everyone desires a fit and shapely physique. Talk about or think about getting into shape and nobody wants that fat-free, skinny and bony looks. That was in the past. Today it is toned shapely figures, that matter. Achieving it is not easy or too diffficult.
Start your workouts at home or gym. Focus on some weight bearing exercises as well. Lifting some weights do help women develop lean, sexy muscles.
Work both your upper as well as lower body. Your upper body will take shape faster than your lower body. Develop the muscles of your shoulders and upper back. Work your triceps as well.
Your lower half are the larger muscles of your body as in your legs;thighs and buttocks. To slim down this portion of your body, challenge the muscles of this region with heavier weights. Calf muscles need your attention as well.
Weight training helps get a sexier body. At the same time, burn off excess body weight. Include a cardio routine to bkast off body fat.
Do not forget healthy home cooking or to exercise some care when dining out.
