SLIMMING

TO BE SLIM, YOU HAVE TO BE VERY STRICT.
"STRICT WITH YOURSELF," that is.

Strict diet. Strict exercise regime. Strict health habits. Can you be strict with yourself in all these three areas. A typical daily life pattern of that slim girl you want to be, is like this.

1.RISE EARLY. Drink two full glasses of water. Roll out the exercise mat and start
to exercise. Morning exercises every morning is a great booster to
your inner spirits as well. Magazines are full of a variety of
exercises. Thighs, abdomen, buttocks, neck, back, breasts have each
thier own styles. Mix and match the exercises, daily.

2.BREAKFAST: What shall it be? Think and take what is enough, tasting and making
you feel full and good. Do not fill yourself with cups of coffee.

3.WORK: It is alright, to drive to work. Park your car a fair distance. This
will give you a good walking opportunity, at least twice daily.

4.WORK: Workplace is where with companions, good heavy linches can take place.
Without warning, each noon can be a new place to taste food. Watch it.
Besides this, the hours of a full work day, is known to provide snacks
and bites, brought by each other from homes. Again, watch it.

5.Home: Home is heave, The fridge is laden. The kitchen invites. Eat right.
At home, evenings and weekends, are great times for neighbourhood brisk
walks, some work in the garden and housekeeping can also help to keep
slim.

6.Night: Wash away all make-up, before a good shower. Cleanse tone and moisturise
regularly. Scrub twice a week. Do your facials. Self massage daily.
Do not drag your evenong hous with the television or daily in clubs.
Set and stick to bed time hours.

Draw your routine. Set your hours. Disciplne yourself towards remaining slim.
