WAISTLINE..LOVE HANDLES....LOSE THEM.
In every conversation, a female is bound to reach her waistline,grab a fistful and show what she has. We do not know if it is pride of ownership or to show what she has not got rid off.
However, there are techhniques that one can think of, set aside 10-15 minutes daily, and rid "love handles". A fun exercise that helps whittle love handles down to a noticeable difference within 4-6 weeks is hula hooping. Use a few minutes of your regular workout sessions, and within 2 months (approx) you can actually measure your waistline and read about 2 inches gone. This is not a fast technique, but it is fun and it works without you even realizing it. It's a challenge but it can be done.
The other exercise is sitting on an exercise ball, back straight and twisting side to side...the ball balance strengthens your core while the twists works the obliques.
Another way, is with your man behind you with his palms on your waist. You twist your body to his right and left. His palms continuue massaging your waist from bottom rib to hips. Watch the heat work.
