Be it big or small breasts, find hidden moments, to give them a good massage with your palms. Encourage blood flow and do some arm stretches or rolls. Place fingers on shoulders, draw circles in the air with your elbows.
1. Everybody knows and would say, control and maintain weight. Weight fluctuations affect
the chest as well. Breasts sag can result, in overweight people.
2- The right BRA. This is your best garment of right size and type, against gravity. Bust size changes with time and weight. Bras must change as well. Be alert. Buy a bra, for its function, and not for its design, and style. No body can see your bras. Bra choice depends the size of your bust and your lifestyle. The larger the bust the more protection it requires. The straps have to be strong. Women with smaller bust can use a larger variety of bras.
Padded bras are popular among flat-chested women because they create the illusion of a larger bust. The disadvantages of the padded bra is that the skin cannot breath. If you would rather have a full-breasted look on special occasions, you might instead try an enhancer bra from time to time.
3- Why walk or stand up hunched. Stand up straight. Bad posture is an enemy of a beautiful bust. Good posture elevates the bust making it look bigger. Exercise strengthens the muscles that support the bust. So make sure that you do that regularly. If you have posture problems seek help of a chiropractor.
4- Moisturize . Busts are delicate, do apply moisturize in this area with sunblock and the use of creams to preserve the youthful look.
5- Examine your busts regularly. To detect any abnormalities, examine your busts regularly. Select specific dates in a month and stick to the same dates always. During shower, raise one arm and with the other hand softly massage your breasts following up, circular movements in the shape of the number eight. (see 1 above)
6- Always wear a sports bra. Breasts bounce more pronounced and sag faster without proper support. Bouncing is reduced considerably,when proper sports bra is worn while jogging.
